We offer free shipping on orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is generally 5–12 business days, Monday to Friday.
Order cut-off time is based on Cyprus local time. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
C. Delivery Terms
We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders. The exact carrier may vary depending on your location and fulfillment availability.
D. Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is already in transit.

E. Cancellations

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged parcel and product.
If possible, reject the damaged parcel from the courier and contact us immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were not present, contact us and we will guide you through the next steps.
